Story

Le matin, essayez l'un de nos délicieux plats tels que nos omelettes, crêpes, gaufres ainsi que nos déjeuners santé. Nous avons également un « menu enfant », en plus de nos savoureuses poutines, nos casseroles aux œufs gratinées et notre tout nouveau menu de bagels pizza!

Pour le dîner, nous vous offrons un menu midi accompagné d’une bonne soupe faite maison ou d'une salade du chef, d’un dessert fait avec amour et d’un café ou d’un thé. Il y a aussi nos nombreux choix de repas à la carte qui sauront vous satisfaire.

We’ve been twice in the past few weeks and both the food and the service have been great. The portions are quite large (even on the kids menu). We had no issues with waiting, but we also were there around 7 am.

I took a friend there for her birthday.  The nasty lady cleaning the tables  took the time to walk by to angrily tell us that we would have to move our purses off the chairs next to us if someone came.  "Good morning" would've been nicer.  My friend asked the waitress if we could move to a booth.  When we did, the NL came back and yelled at me "Don't you see that the table hasn't been cleaned!"  The mortified waitress quickly came over to clean the table.  The last straw for me was when the NL insulted me in front of the waitress by telling her that I was in too much of a rush to wait (Exact words: "La madame ne pouvait pas attendre 2 minutes qu'on nettoie la table!  Elle est trop pressé!!!")  We got up and left while the sweet waitress asked us to stay and on my way out, I told the NL to go clean her booth.  Should be called "Oeufs & Attitude".  NL is in the wrong business.

I went to eat there for the first time today and was not only disappointed but disgusted by the service. If you cannot accommodate that many people you shouldn't accept more people. It took over an hour to get our food. I have a 3 year old. So you can just imagine how impatient and hungry she was. The waitress we had hardly came to our table. People who sat after us got their food before. I cannot understand that. We went with some family members and they were so disappointed about the service that they didn't wish to tip the waitress. That being said the owner of the place was looking through the window once I locked eyes on her she gave me the middle finger. I'm 9 months pregnant so when I saw that I lost it. My husband did too. When we approached her she was all quiet after. But we sure didn't and Definitely made a scene. As an owner of a business where's your class?? I couldn't believe it. It enraged me and never have I seen such unprofessionalism. I will not be returning for many reasons.

Not a great experience. Service was average and having trouble dealing with a busy day. Food came out cold and the $5 feak orange juice was very disappointing.
