Went to buy a pizza and fries. I purchase it as I normally did and wait for it to be cooked. After 40 minutes, I ask them what is going on and they tell me they'll check. After 20 minutes, where I had to remind them to check a couple of times since they never bothered to, they told me to wait another 15 minutes. I asked for a refund and went to eat somewhere else, as I had to work shortly after. They lost 1 hour of my time and gave me completely unprofessional. Finally the cashier became outright insulting when I went the refund route. I used to buy pizza once a week there. Never again.
