Good food .... nice team... but seriously understaffed for a weekend... most of the waiter look really tired and overwork

Went for lunch the place was half full and it took about 10min before the waitress came to take our order. The salad bar was typical however our main course of chicken breast with a baked potato was the problem. First the food was cold, the chicken was not seasoned, the potato was undercooked and the sauce was given in a tiny ramiken, smaller then I've seen at any other Scores. I guess they're trying to save money. This is the second time I've been to this location and the first time the service was horrible, I will not give this location a third chance.

Very bad service. I ordered my meal on the phone and I did not receive what I ordered. I called back to tell them about the mistake and they refused to refund anything or to simply make an exchange. I even found a bug in my salad. I will never return to the restaurant. Very disappointing.
