Pretty good banh mi shop for the area. The baguettes are made in-house, so they say which were sort of crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The classic banh mi was good but I found the 5 spice pork belly tasted much better. The meat was tender and it came with a dipping sauce. The drinks were standard and not any different than most Vietnamese restaurants. I didn't try the vermicelli or anything else but I might try later. There isn't much seating especially for groups larger than 4; I think this is more of a take out place. The decor was nice and modern. Staff were pleasant and very patient. I would probably come back to try other things on the menu.

Absolutely fantastic. It's a very well decorated restaurant with a comfortable take out section. The staff were very welcoming and pleasant. I got the lunch special with a grilled pork bahn mi, shrimp fresh roll, mango salad and mango smoothie. Each item was perfectly crafted and delicious. This is a place you don't want to miss and I will definitely return to try out more of their menu.

Nice restaurant. Very decorative and bright atmosphere. High quality ingredients and a vast selection of things to try! Affordable prices as well. Their Bahn Mi’s were the highlight with the baguettes having such a great texture, perfectly complementing the rest of the sub.

4.5/5. Tasty and fairly priced, good portion sizes, nice trendy decor and interior, clean space, comfortable seating but not ideal for large groups. The crispy chicken bao looked *and* tasted great, vermicelli was good and the spring rolls were nice and crisp. The staff are friendly and considerate, but the wait after ordering feels longer than it should be. However I hope/expect their efficiency to improve with time & experience since they've only been open to the public for ~1 month.

All the food we tried was tasty and portions were generous. We didn't have to wait long for the food. We tried the five spice pork belly Bao, classic Bánh Mì, shrimp mango salad, pork and spring roll vermicelli, garlic fish sauce wings, and fresh rolls. The vermicelli stuffing in the fresh rolls was warm which I liked.Food: 5/5

Great find for Vietnamese food. You order at the counter first then pick up once they call your number. They call out your number every time they have your item ready, not necessarily your whole order at once for dine in. Food was good, the banh mi baguette was fresh and delicious, the grilled pork had great flavour. Portions were generous. Service was friendly. Looking forward to trying more on their menu.

Talk about service with a smile! Customer service 10/10. They make you feel very welcomed. I got their banh mi Fresh ingredients used, the chicken is soft and flavourful, and the baguette isn't overwhelmingly chewy/hard. Their bubble tea is pretty decent. The tapioca can compare to Coco's with the chewiness and sweetness. I love coming here for the service and their yummy food!

I really wanted to try Yum's Kitchen after hearing my friend rave about this place. If you live in Mississauga, you know that good Viet restaurants are few and far inbetween. The location is great and central at Burnhamthorpe and Creditview and while its in an older plaza, they did renovate the place and gave it a modern/casual feel. The few tables that they had were all occupied at Saturday 2pm, when I went. I can see people getting frustrated as there are very few tables. You order at the cash register and they will call your number for pick up. I couldn't see a garbage can, but there was a teenager wiping down and clearing the tables. For us 3 gals, we order 2 chicken and spring roll vermicelli bowls $12. One spring roll was super crunchy, while the other one was not odd. The portion is very generous with lots of grilled chicken pieces. It was served with the usual lettuce, chopped carrots, parsley etc. I poured the entire container of fish sauce and mine it was de-lic-ous! My friend recommended the beef stew, which can be served with steamed rice or the Vietnamese bun. I definitely have to go back and try the other items on their menu. Note - they do not serve pho. There is a banh mi lunch box special that runs 11-3 during the weekdays. For $14.99, you get to choose a banh mi, fresh roll or spring roll, salad or fries ad smoothie or milk tea. This sounds like a deal to me!

Overall took a while to get food and drinks, food was kinda sad and drinks were good but pricey. Got the Yum's special, 5 spice and siu mai bahn mis. The cashier quoted 25min for food and drinks and it did take that long for food. We liked the bread but that was about it. The flavor on the 5 spice and siu mai were underwhelming and we were confused which was which for a while, and the special was just sad the open faced sanwhich pictured. Drinks took 12min to get, and considering there were 4 staff and less than half the seating was utilized I'd say that's really slow. We liked our drinks, they were large and refreshing but also $7.
