Great , caring physicians. When my baby or toddler is sick I’m able to get same day appointment if I call right at opening. Lots of facilities in same building eg. bloodwork, urine tests

Been going to York Town Family Medicine for about 5 years and always have a good experience. They are very professional and timely. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an appointment. I've seen Drs. Yap and Lee and both women are great!

Dr. Kim is so patient with me, and I'm a very nervous patient. She listens and I find that if I'm upset about something that she is very calming. Also, doesn't seem judgmental in the way I've seen other docs behave. Encourages the healthy choices without a lecture. Truly lucky to be a patient here.

Terrible experience with Dr. Yap- refused to give me a minute of her time to ask a question. Came in for lab work and just wanted a minute of her time- waiting room was empty. Always in a rush to get you out of the office when you do have an appointment, which aren't that easy to get.

The receptionist is very unfriendly and doesn't care about the patients. Dr. Stephanie Yap is always in a hurry, its as though she is more interested in meeting a target than in caring for her patients. I wouldn't recommend this practice to any one
