I have nothing but positive things to say about this clinic. I came here for a walk-in appointment and the whole process was extremely smooth. I came and I immediately felt good energy just from looking around since it was very clean and tidy, and I was also greeted warmly by the staff. I went to the desk and told them I’m here for a walk-in and they helped me out. After seeing the doctor, I went to the pharmacy for a prescription and they also helped me out very kindly. The whole process finished in less than an hour. I am overall highly satisfied, and I will definitely recommend this clinic.
Had a great phone consultation with Dr. V. Ng. He was kind, professional and very efficient. The appointment was on time and I received my prescription by email within minutes. Vanessa, the receptionist, was very accommodating and considerate in booking the appointment. Any time I've had an appointment at HealthOne as a walk-in patient, I was impressed by all the staff's friendliness and professionalism. I refer all my friends and family here thanks to all the positive experiences I've had recently and in the past! Will keep coming back.
My neighbor recommended this clinic to me when I was complaining about its hard to find a family doctor. Me and my family went here a few times for walk-in clinic/urgent care, the appointment time is super on time, doctor is helpful too. I also like the clinic environment, clean and new. Definitely recommend.
I seldom write reviews but this one’s commendable! The service is amazing! The staff are very friendly and professional. Ashley, Mikee and Vanessa were fantastic, compassionate and very calming! They showed me all the services they offer and took time to explain procedures clearly and transparently. Time was taken to double-check details efficiently but unrushed. I will absolutely visit HealthOne Medical Centre again and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
I went here yesterday around 3:30pm. Unfortunately, they got all the walk-in patients, so the reception staff told me that I had to come back tomorrow. BUT when I said I am a pregnant and got urin infection, staff tried to help me out and doctor accepted me : I really appreciate it!! I don't know the name of staff and doctor. It was nice to feel so kind and caring for the patient. Honestly, she is better than my family doctor
This place used to be my go to place for their walk in clinic. Prior to COVID, I have gone and my family. Recently, I had a sinus infection and tried to go I had a sore throat only to be told they won't see my because I had a sore throat. While I was there they also refused to see another person because they had a cough. I was told I could receive a phone consultation, however what is the point when I had a sore throat and need a doctor to look at my throat. A few weeks later my 6 yr old son had a fall at school and I wanted to bring him in to see if he had a fracture or a bruised finger. Again, I was told they wouldn't see him. And then just today, my 4 yr old daughter complained of an ear ache. I went in at 3:30pm to the WALK IN CLINIC and was told they wouldn't see her they close at 6pm. Apparently unless you make an appointment, they will not see you. Isn't the point of a walk in clinic that you can walk in??!?! I understand if they want to set aside some appointments for booking, but they should have appointments available for ppl who actually walk in. I will not bother to go here anymore, there is another walk in clinic a few minute walk south that actually will see walk in patients!
Bonus points: they take walk-ins and are relatively quick. Less good points: Dr is not thorough, doesn't believe me when I tell them about my pains, I was back out the door within 5min if the doctor walking in. I had to insist on referrals to actual professionals that can actually help me diagnosis my issue. Got a lot of dismissive sighs and mumbles, but still got what I wanted, so I guess that's a plus.
I would give none. Walkin at 10am and I asked "do you have doctors available for walk-ins today?" Receptionist said yes. I then asked her how long would the wait be, and she said there's 4 people lined up ahead of me. At 11:20. The Receptionist announced that their system "is still down" Which I was not aware of their system was down and they said no health provider will be coming in. I was waiting for nothing. Just think about that if a health provider don't hesitate to waste your time, do you still trust them that they won't waste your life away? So here is my friendly warning to all. Don't regret your decision if you still insist to pay them a visit after reading my comment. Happy New Year!
Super nice and helpful receptionists, doctors, and staff! They are friendly, helpful, and professional even if it is a busy day. Know the process for medical tests very well, very informative! The environment is comfortable, nice, with good illumination, and clean, Highly recommended!
Kind staff and great service, apart from the convenience of being a one-stop, just generally the best medical assistance experiences I've had so far. Dr. Arash is also instrumental with this positive review due to his kind and well informed guidance during my Invisalign journey.
