Yonge Elmwood Medical Clinic

First time patient today and I had a great experience. I called ahead and was told only one patient was waiting. When I got there the new patient form was brief and simple. Most importantly of all, Dr Ternamian was excellent. Great communicator, very knowledgeable and thorough. This will be my Go To walk-in clinic in the neighbourhood. They also have a pharmacy on site for extra convenience.

Very good experience here today. The secretary is very kind and executes her work promptly and precisely. My health card had expired and she told me what to do I ended up paying, but he told me I could get a refund once I renewed it!. I was seen by a doctor within 10 mins. Dr Lu was at the same time very efficient and patient. The pharmacy staff were also very nice and explained well what I needed to do.

They’re barely open, the times are not the same as google sometimes. You always have to call ahead of time and the receptionist isn’t very nice. She’s been rude to me 80% of the time I’ve been there, no customer service Training. The previous lady I believe who was Chinese was good. The the ones they’ve been getting lately haven’t been good. Once you actually see the doctor it’s good, but the bs you have to deal with before them is making me go to another place. I think I’m switching because they’re not open regularly and the customer service sucks at the front desk.

WOW! I have never met a receptionist from any healthcare provider who is as awesome as this lady behind her desk! Admired her positive energy, and professionalism. She is very kind, nice and polite. Dr. Ternamian was very patient to listen to my concern and of course professional! I m very grateful and thankful for your service! North York Gem this is!

I had a very difficult year and I had to visit Dr. Balasuriya on multiple occaisons. He is truly the best doctor I know. He is so compassionate, listens to your problems, and genuinely cares about his patients. I am so lucky that he is my family doctor. He is also incredibly knowledgeable and will provide you with the best care. I never feel rushed during his practice. He always takes the time to listen to my issues and is willing to discuss the best course of action with me. Thank you so much for everything! - Liah

The clinic is wonderful. Doctors and the medical stuff care about people. Dr Ted Dong-Guo is very patient, knowledgeable, compassionate and empathetic to you. You may sit long in a line though, but it’s worth it.

Been a regular and a walk-in patient since the opening !! Pros - friendly and caring health care providers easy going and relaxed - close by the major intersection and ttc accessible -convenient location and inhouse pharmacy to expedite prescription acquisition Cons -long wait time for walk in somedays - no system to get a heads up or an update status on walk in availability. SUGGESTION IS to set up a TEXT MESSNEGE system. The those whove reigsterd with phone bumebr can be notified on time accurately.

I went there for the first time and the receptionist made me feel more welcome and safe. She is a real life saver. And I saw Dr. Matthew Bajzath , he's a great doctor, listened to my problems with so calmness and suggested me the best way. Thank you guys.

I've had such pleasant experiences everytime I've been to this clinic. The staff is very friendly and professional. The doctors actually care and follow up with me. The clinic is very clean and the built in pharmacy is a bonus. This is my main clinic now and I'll commute 45 mins just to come here.
