1 🌟 goes to location as it's close to work, Tim Hortons, A&W, the casino and a gas station! 1 🌟 goes to what's provided within the room as it's a kitchenette and the room I'm in is a fair size! -1 🌟 for the fact that I showed up to a dirty room(hair on the tub, in the drains and throughout the bathroom linens is a big turn off for me)! , -1 🌟 for the fluctuating room prices as I know others pay $900 for the month and I'm paying $1100(though it's the cheapest place in town the sense of pricing is ridiculous) and finally -1 🌟 for the fact that I must clean my own room as I know it'll be up to my standards and not the quick "run in/run out" I've witnessed house keeping do! Overall I don't mind it but it could also be quite a bit better!

Very nice place to stay and very kind manager, or at least I think he was the manager. I forgot my camcorder in a drawer and called to see if anyone had found it (it had a few videos that I would've been bummed to lose) and he said they had already found it and that I could pick it up on my way back through Saskatchewan. A week later I returned (booked one more night there) and he had my camcorder in a Ziploc bag ready to go. What a kind thing to do. I was very happy with the room, staff, and overall experience. They are slightly strict with their rules for pets and using the kitchenette but I suppose it keeps people from abusing the rooms and keeps them nice for respectful guests. Great place to stay.

Got the one bedroom with the GF, and it was great like last time. Second visit so far, never any issues and clean! Friendly staff, and easy to get to places.

I liked that parking lot was in between the two buildings, so somehow it was comfortable to feel that I was away from the busy street. Friendly staff at the front desk and the room was basic but clean. It was good for the price

We stayed here overnight recently. The room itself was spacious with fairly comfortable beds and other appliances, but the bathroom was filthy with dirt and hair on the inside of the tub. As soon as we took one look at the tub, we did not want to shower there. The toilet made gurgling noises the whole night and every time we would flush it, it would clog up and we would have to plunge it. The worst problem was that the heat was not working in our room. The temperature was in the -30s when we were in Yorkton, and I cranked the temperature setting up all the way, but even then the room temp did not rise to more than 15 degrees Celsius. The radiator was clearly falling apart. Furthermore, when tried to make coffee in the morning, there was a moldy coffee bag still in the coffee maker. I would not stay here again.
