No issues, big clean newish hotel. Staff were great check-in was easy. Good communication from Wyndham. Parking lot was different as per access. No microwave in the room. Very good breakfast, good coffee. Walking distance to many stores, grocery, restaurants and Sobeys liquor outlet.
Booked a room through Booking.com and when I tried to check in they had given my room to someone else and we're not apologetic, they even went as far as saying it wasn't really there fault. A random stranger in the lobby offered to give us his room and he went to a different hotel since the hotel took no responsibility for their mess up. I WILL NOT STAY THERE EVER AGAIN!
Great place, customer service goes above and beyond! They even had a little cookie jar for people with the coffee and awesome selection of teas. Excellent location as there is a lot of stores and food places in the parking lot next to itnGreat breakfast, tasted good and lots of variety! Kiddo loved the water slide and we loved the hot tub. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone traveling.
With your app in place and text messages from the hotel requesting if there is anything they can do for you? We requested a microwave in the roombecause they don’t have them in the room and 2 extra regular coffees be placed in our room, we also requested a 3pm check in time. We arrived no microwave no coffee. Front desk said she was busy checking people in could she bring the microwave later and bring the coffee to us in the morning. Big fat no to both, we asked the cleaning staff on the second floor to help us out. Also I’m unsure if they understand the English language well. It baffles me that you work in the hospitality industry and can’t comprehend the official language. Other than those issue location is great the rooms were spotless and breakfast was good.
Comfy, pet friendly hotel. Close to the highway but very quiet. My only complaint is it was quite pricey... maybe there was something going on in town but paid a luxury price for a standard hotel.
