Excellent hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel has free breakfast,waterside,hot tub and a fitness room. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Came just for the pool and hot tub, The hot tub is running, but they said out of order. The slide for the pool is only turned on during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There was no mention of this on the phone when I asked about the pool and hot tub. AC in the room barely works. The bacon didn't look cooked at breakfast!  DO NOT STAY HERE!

Needed to pay a 250 damage deposit upon check it. Not a pre auth on a credit card, room plus damage deposit with a promise to reverse charges after. Doent make sense if when you give them you card number online to book, again to check in. Guess that show what they think of there guests even before they check in

We were at a convention 8 9th and 10th September 2025 first of all their breakfast was not good whatsoever second of all I didn't go to sleep till 3:30 in the morning because people above me were pounding running around I have to phone the front desk two times was not happy I tried hooking up a fire stick to it well in the HDMI cables where you hook it up they had plastic pieces in there went down to the front desk she got a guy to come up he didn't know what he was doing he says he didn't know which is the maintenance guy I says you know what don't worry about it so he takes a picture of it and he goes I'll report it that night we go down to the hot tub it was disgusting it had scum in it I told the lady in front at the counter she said it needs to be painted know it needs to be cleaned horrible experience and I'm going to tell the union about it so hopefully nobody in our Union stays there again horrible experience horrible experience

Our front desk clerk Rohan made our stay fantastic...he suggested an awesome restaurant to celebrate at and it was excellent...room was beyond our expectations and everything was great!!
