They charged me $360 for bedding because they said “ We discovered a significant stain on some of the laundry from your room that our housekeeping team was unable to remove.” But when I went there to Speak with them, they didn’t even try to remove any of the stains. Instead, just put the charge on my card. I Checked out of this hotel and went and stayed at another hotel. the laundry services from the new hotel were kind enough to help and washed the bedding from comfort inn and were able to get the “stains” out. I took the sheets back to comfort Inn and they said it was still damaged beyond repair. This place is just a scam to get money out of you. Zero stars would never waste my time there not to mention that the place is gross and disgusting. The rooms are dirty and the staff is extremely rude. The hot tub was green, etc., etc. etc..nnThese are photos of the bedding damage beyond repair.
Room was neat and tidy, bathroom was clean. Check in was quick and easy. Some of the downside was wifi was slow and the heat was messed up. Overall it was an OK experience.
We're told pool and conference room were out of order pool was open. No ice machine out of order. Shower, poor pressure and lazily repaired at some point before our stay. Parking abysmal. Not worth price paid. Thin walls; could easily hear hallway conversations.
I do not recommend this hotel. We recently stayed there and you are unable to make a breakfast without blowing a breaker. Elevator was out of service the whole stay and we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast tables were not cleaned making it difficult to find somewhere to sit. Staff working in breakfast area would just add the new food on top of the food already there.
We were traveling late Thursday night. The rate was $164.00 on Expedia but said it was sold out. We stopped anyway and since I was exhausted from surgery earlier that day we went in. They changed $180.00 plus tax for a room that's worth $125.00 at the most. Way over priced. Had a stale smell. More expensive than Saskatoon. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room was clean. Only problem is most of the staff were not speaking English, and when they did you could hardly understand them.
