Fred was very friendly and gave a lot of information as he was custom fitting my feet for orthotics. He was patient as I also had my 3.5 year old son with me at the time who wanted to talk and race his cars around. I will be going back for another pair in the future.

I had a great experience. He was nice and professional and my feet are so much better!

Coincidentally I was going to write exactly what the previous review states. This new owner was so rude and insulting because I dared to ask a couple of questions.  As well he insists on a doctors referral! Why? He charges approximately $700  for just "one" set  and not even one adjustment afterward if needed.  No way would I waste my time going here!! He is nothing like the previous owner.  I will find orthotics elsewhere.

The "gentleman" has very poor & rude customer service. I only gave it the 1 star so that I could submit the actual post, otherwise it would be -5 stars for this clown. 
Taking my business elsewhere.
