Yoga in Bowness is community focused yoga studio, offering a wide variety of diverse classes to suit your unique needs. Daily drop-in classes, weekly series classes, and monthly workshops allow you to explore many different approaches to yoga, and deepen your practice in the ways that fit your life. Our warm and welcoming space is inclusive and accessible for all, with prices that are affordable for all. We love to introduce new people to yoga, and hope to meet you soon!

Love Yoga in Bowness!  I look forward to Nellie's warm welcome at the door and the space is just so warm, cozy and relaxing.  I last took a Baby & Me Yoga class and was so appreciative of the kind and patient instructors and super chill vibes.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Yoga in Bowness offered online classes. Many of their regular teachers led classes from their homes. In addition, there was another staff to control who entered into the session. Overall, it was a calm and safe experience. I would consider going to their studio in person once the pandemic is over.

Great space, people and vibe. Used to drop in pretty regular, excited to see online classes! Thanks!

I've been to a few different studios and this one is by far my favorite. I just wish they had hot yoga

Great yoga studio with great staff! We had a wonderful experience there, and will be back for sure.

Great studio! One of my favorites in the city. Instructors are very authentic and knowledgeable. Really down to earth place with a variety of different workshops and classes for every type of person.

What a delight to find this jewel of a yoga studio right in "beautiful downtown Bowness".  Parking is ample and free, classes affordable, the studio gleamingly clean and welcoming.  Our instructor brimmed with enthusiasm and a thoughtful responsivenes to each student.  I'm hooked and can't wait to go back!
