This studio is fantastic: some of the best teachers I've had in many years of doing yoga, challenging but well-supported classes, a beautiful space, and a welcoming environment. I started taking classes in November, and immediately felt at home. Ning is an amazingly gifted teacher; after many years of practicing yoga, I feel as though I have a much clearer sense of the correct alignment of poses I thought I already knew well. I've also been doing aerial classes with my 9yo, and this has been an amazing, confidence-building experience for her. Highly recommend!

I discovered many guides and classes that I love at Beyond and I am happy I threw myself in, fully, for the experience. Some classes had names I never seen in my Life, Forest yoga for one. Opening yourself to the unknown might be just what you need to find a great dose of discipline. Aerial yoga is also why I first subscribe, just adore the way you can lift off from all problems on Earth. Don't miss out! Can't wait to visit again already...

Yoga and Beyond has been my go-to studio for a while now. I bring my mom and my boyfriend along with me, we all enjoy it! I love how hands on the teachers are with helping you do the poses correctly, or gives an alternative if you can’t quite get there. Would definitely recommend this yoga studio!

The studio has great instructors and the owners even teach their own classes and they all take turns running the front desk. They’re all experienced and professional and the environment is welcoming. They teach all fitness levels and offer a variety of classes at various times of the day. Before class, they lock the doors which is a nice safety feature. You can rent equipment yoga mats and they have a water fountain, change rooms and washrooms. The location is nice and central and there’s even free parking outside. Highly recommend!

This studio has a great community and instructors.  The variety of classes they offer make exercising more fun. I have tried several yoga studios in Calgary over the years and this is by far my favourite.  Great job Ning and Team!

This place is awesome! Walking in to see Ning's beautiful and radiant smile makes you feel instantly welcome. The instructors ensure that you get the most out of your poses and really care. This studio is exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend!!

Ning’s yoga classes taught me how to feel my body, my feeling and my soul. I think this will be where my yoga journey began. The class also combines yoga with traditional Chinese culture and treatment. You will love it!

I love this place! It's so different from other yoga places I've been to in the past. As an unflexible male, I appreciate the modifications and corrections I am given so that I can maximally benefit from each class. Within 6 weeks of starting, I went from barely being able to touch my shins, to now being able to touch my toes. As a result of my enhanced flexibility, my jiu-jitsu game has seen an improvement as well.

I have been to Yoga and beyond over 10 years. The owner Ning is the sweetest person on the planet. All the instructors have fantastic knowledge about human anatomy, balance of physical body and mind. I really enjoy every single one of them. I love Jerry's class. He has such a healing power. When I was feeling down in my life with circumstances,  his adjustments and messages in his class really helped me. I am happy and grateful to have a place I can call home in my second home Calgary. Thank you Jerry and yoga and beyond.

This studio offers everything to everyone! From Yoga to Aerial, to HIT!!  All the instructors are fantastic and the owner, Ning is an incredible instructor who genuinely cares about the practice and sharing it with others. Very grateful I found this studio and all that it offers.
