Since 2003 The Yoga Shala has been offering quality yoga suitable for All Levels. We offer Traditional Ashtanga, Restorative Yoga, Warm Yin, Vinyasa Flow along with Gentle and Therapeutic Yoga. Over 40 classes, 7 days per week! We look forward to seeing you!!

Have been going to Yogashala since January.  They offer a good variety of classes both in studio and on-line. I love the Hot.  I have been going since they re-opened from Covid and they have the highest procedures in place.  Nice relaxed atmosphere  would highly recommend for those to give it a try!!

A great team of yoga instructors in a warm and welcoming environment. The Yogashala provides such a safe and wonderful space for my meditation and yoga practice. As a perpetual beginner, I am always welcomed. I feel so grateful to have this wonderful studio in my community.

Great staff and always happy which if you’re having a bad day, you leave feeling amazing. Professional instructors that will constantly adjust your move or simply add a prop so that you don’t hurt yourself. Very clean area and lots of interesting classes. I would high recommended this studio

Yogashala is great yoga studio for yogis of all levels.  The staff are kind and extremely helpful.  The studio is immaculate and they offer free towels and toiletries.  They have every diverse schedule and classes for all levels.   They offer a very attractive rate for the first month.  Definitely give the Yogashala a try!

Wonderful place, lindsay the owner is an amazing lady, the staff is kind, caring and very helpful. Highly recommend checking this place out.

I met Lindsay & Meagan a couple yrs ago at a Goodness Me workshop.  I went to check out the studio & fell in love.  It was EXACTLY what I'd imagined my yoga home would feel like.  Friendly, super clean, accommodating, lots of class variety ... it doesn't get any better!!!
