Yifang Fruit Tea Kerrisdale

Their signature, Yifang Fruit Tea is really good since fruit tea is their specialty. If you want sweet pearls, black sugar pearl series is the best option. Black Sugar Pearl Matcha Latte has the strongest tea matcha flavour comparing to the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte black tea. Their black tea is very light. But since they use organic milk, it’s equal. If you really want to buy the classic “bubble tea” milk tea with pearls at Yifang, Brown Sugar Pearl Latte is the better option. I tried Black Tea Latte with pearls and Pearl Black Tea Latte, both 70% ice and 70%~100% sugar, but the tea is way too light and watery. I will come to to try their other fruit teas!

This place is always good and consistent for their FRUITY teas. They say their teas are on the sweet side, but I think it’s the opposite. Perfect cold tea taste with the right touch of sweetness. Apparently my niece’s favourite place.

I tried the pineapple yakult green tea with boba pearls here. It costs around 6.5$. One can customize the levels of sugar and ice in this store. The taste was delicious , with mild sweetness , fresh fruit flavour. I would like to try the other bubble tea flavours here in future.

I was so excited to find their place around Kerrisdale! The store is small but tidy and neat with exceptional service. There's a lot of options that are ranked so you can get a idea of which people like the most and the staff are so nice and friendly to explain their special drinks. The girl who took my order was very patient and was able to accommodate my special request. The drink tastes pretty good, pearls are freshly made and chewy. I like that their milk tea is made with organic milk instead of milk powder. It's a healthier bubble tea place. Overall great experience 10/10, would definately go again. BTW, there are lots of free parking at back.

I recently tried Yi Fang Fruit Tea for the first time and I am thoroughly impressed! The quality of the ingredients really stood out to me, and you can tell that they use fresh, natural ingredients in their drinks. The Milk Tea in particular was amazing - it had a perfect balance of tea and milk, and the sweetness was just right. The fruit pearls were a great addition and added a burst of flavor to the drink. I loved that there were so many options for customizing my drink to my liking. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant experience. I appreciated that they took the time to explain the menu and the different options available. Overall, I highly recommend Yi Fang Fruit Tea to anyone looking for a high-quality, refreshing beverage. I got 4 drinks!! The brown sugar is my favorite, love it

Should wait for 40+mins. When I visited, only two people were working. Just for one drink, I should wait for 40+mins. Even they didn’t let people knowespecially walk-in customer how long it’s gonna take. Even they didn’t say sorry for the wait.

There were 5 people working in the store yet it took over 30 minutes for them to prepare my drink. Only 2 customers ahead of me. In hindsight do not shop here, plenty of other bubble tea places in Vancouver.

I really like YiFang Bubble Tea! Today I had the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte, and me and my friend enjoyed it cold! Have had YiFang before and this newly opened location is awesome! The pearls are really chewy, and I love how all their products are authentic and with no artificial flavours/colours or from concentrate and that it’s from fruits! Thanks.

I had pancakes at the Marine drive area before and their pancakes were sooo delicious and hot so I ordered them here in Kerrisdale without any hesitation. I waited for 20mins and the pancakes were not hot, not tasty for some reason and were so soggy. The shape itself can tell these were not good. I guess there must be something wrong with your store’s recipe or the way to cook. I live in Kerrisdale and would rather go to Yifang at the Marine drive for those crispy and soft pancakes. + Thanks for your prompt reply. I ordered original and custards and waited whole time inside the store. I am not complaining about the time I waited for. I also waited at least 15 mins at the Marine store, but the quality of the pancakes I had that day. They were dry, not chewy and not soft inside.
