Ordered for delivery and tipped the driver. Ended up receiving my drinks spilled all over the bag without a tray and leaking lids. Not sure what happened this time, very disappointing.

Amazing customer service. Very friendly staff and the drink was amazing! The staff were always willing to answer any questions that I have for their drinks. They even recommended there favorite drinks because I didn't know what to get. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Went there for the first time yesterdaynever been to a Chatime store before and I was kinda nervous and forgot the name of the drink I wanted to order but the guy working there was super nice . The staff is really helpful and sweet.

One of the larger Chatimes. There's more seating than usually available in other stores. Staff were courteous and worked fast. The store appeared well-kept when we visited.
