This is comfortable, unique and clean beverage store. Nice place to spend your afternoon and evening time. Staffs are very nice, good customer service. Also they have a lot of free parking. A lot of drink choices!!! Love the grass jelly roast milk teaI will try a new flavor next time.

Decent bubble tea and great employees. You need to actually clean the blender in between drinks before moving onto the next. Just rinsing it, doesn't do the trick. We can clearly see you prepare the drinks. Just bump up the standard a bit. The store also had a super weird smell.

Not bad. Their quality was spot on even for their opening weekend. Huge line up as they had 2 for 1 special.

I don't like Chatime usually, but I went there with my friends one day, and I ended up having a good time because there was a server named Justin who was able to provide fast service. Honestly, he's due for a promotion. Will visit Chatime again.

Justin was an amazing store employee. he greeted me with a great smile entering the store and left with a perfect bubble tea on a sunny day.

A very nice bubble tea place. They have brought in a few more fresh milk options which is nice. They have a place to drink at the back of the restaurant and brought in a couple claw games between the sit down area and the order counter. I'm not sure how much I would use either during the COVID pandemic.
