Update: Tried the Prawn & Crab Samdwich.. Honestly was not good.. It took 10min to make I was the only person in store got 4 thumb nail sized prawns, Zero Flavor and the crab had lots of shells... Almost broke my tooth For $16 I'll go somewhere else.. Went from 4 stars to 2.. Got the Slow Roasted Beef, as the girl at the counter recommended. Flavors were nice and the beef was soft and juicy! The only thing is the portion was quite small. Going tomorrow to try the Prawn & Crab!

The bubboden is super cooool! The most creative milk tea I’ve ever tried! Definitely will come to here again.

A very nice new store here at Dunbar community. Ordered a beef sandwich and mango yogurt smoothly and they are amazing! Staffs are very friendly and you can tell they use good quality ingredients. Liked the idea they use 1% milk for less fat consumption. Btw, the drawing on the wall is pretty.

They just renewed their menu with a lots of organic sandwiches and creative drinks! The short rib is a SOLID 10/10. MEATLOVERS GO TRY THIS.

expensive and taste really bad, one piece of fruit cost $1-$3 and they have no dry ice for us for the bubbouden thing. All meals are cold and have very little taste

I really like the mango yogurt smoothie and roast beef sandwich!!! The sandwich is tasty and juicy but not greasy! I definitely will order it again!

Portion size decent. Milk tea was average. Got the beef mapo rice bowl, flavour was good, 1/3 of my beef was fat, half my rice was hard. Got takeout and the lady said the computer system was not working, agreed for her to use a calculator. I asked why it was $2 more. She said for single use cups and tips. She forced tip me when the food was takeout and not even cooked to order.

easily the cutest place in the area. got the boba fondue and it was super cool! kind of wish i got directions on how to eat it + maybe some spooons but overall a great experience

They offer the most creative tea in probably all Vancouver! The Cheaty Drink i had was the Lychee rose oolong - cold brewed award-winning organic tea and tea jelly - they were so kind and made it without sugar so you could really taste the ingredients. It comes in a cool cup which is reusable! They also have juicy sandwiches known as Banh Me, but I had the Mapo Tofu Bowl as a savory dish. The nice soft tofu pares well to the delicious rice it is topped on. Let me tell you about the Cheaty Bubboden I ordered: The Cheaty Bubboden comes with Black beans and is topped with Purple Yam and Almond Milk making it the perfect mixture. and vegan They can replace everything with lactose free or almond milk! Also they put amazing Mango Jelly in it and served it with the dried ice wow! The Skewers are fresh, handmade and the selection varies daily Located at Dunbar Community & another good thing: they are open every day! Also a big shootout to the staff: amazing customer experience! They are extremely polite and friendly - Thanks This place is breathtaking

The pearl milk tea tastes weird, the pearls are not chewy at all.
