XiangZi Hotpot

The place is very clean and the Reno is very cool is the best renovated Chinese restaurant in Toronto. For hotpot I would say it have less variety option than Cantonese Hotpot. However the quality of the meat is great. Very fresh. If you love lamb, I would high recommend the lamb soup base. It's super delicious. The service is good, servers are very attentive. My only complaint is that the soup have lots of MSG, so I am thirsty all night long, need to keep waking up to drink water. If you can over look this part, it's a great experience.

Fun place for hot pot. Didn’t realize it was an all you can eat place until we sat down but the quality was still pretty good. There are some rules as to how many items from the premium section is allowed. The waitresses will make sure you understand it when you decide on getting the lunch or dinner option. We went with the dinner option because we wanted more vegetable options. They actually have pea tips and they were delicious! So fresh and tender. Would come back again when we visit. You order off a tablet and the food comes out quickly. Lamb was fresh and tender. Love that they have some unique items like goose intestines, duck gizzard skewers, duck blood.

Luxury hotpot. Had AC on blast which was nice going for summer hot pot. Very nice and clean vibes. Food was prepared nicely as well. Service was amazing and the server was very patient explaining how everything works and recommendations on food. Ayce lunch menu, dessert included but drinks are extra. 4 adults with a shared pot that included 3 different soup bases cost about $168 bucks before tips. So considering it's $$$$ on Google, it's $50 per person so it's worth a try. Oh and they give you aprons too to prevent splashing soups and foods on your clothes

Super nice setting and environment! Overall ambiance is fantastic and top it off with friendly staff. Great quality of meats and plate setting is fantastic. Good selection of soup flavours. Ordering is super easy. Will definitely be returning!

Another great Chinese Hotpot restaurant in the Markham area. The decoration in this restaurant is very unique. It give you a feeling of being in China as soon as you walk inside the restaurant. This is all you can eat with additional cost on soup base just like other hotpot restaurant. Soup taste good but no surprise. Food are fresh and high quality. You place your order on a tablet and it was easy! Only drawback is the order took a long time to come, services here is good but I can tell that the are short staffed. It was not busy during my visit, I hope this will improve over time. Parking is not a problem here. Overall is a still a great hotpot restaurant.

Soup base is yummy. Great selection, vegetables are very fresh, meat is tender and thinly sliced. Service was alright and there's a self serve sauce bar. Desserts were generally alright and also unlimited melona bars. Overall, you get what you pay for!

I love the decor and atmosphere. Service is always great there. Their tea is one of my favourite things I like from there. The tomato soup base is my favourite soup base. Their spicy soup base is too spicy for my liking. They have a good selection although it is a bit smaller now compared to pre-covid days. Good spacing between other tables. Always clean.

Good value! Less choices of food but you can have the specialties without paying extra. Service is good. Very quick. You get your food a few minutes after sending orders. Will definitely come back again.

Omg this is my all time favourite hot pot place now!! Wide selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, and cooked appetizers. Food was phenomenal! Service was also amazing. What you order is what you get, unlike other places which cuts your orders or the foods never come, this place is definitely not like that. Lastly, we want to thank our server Shirley for her recommendations and kind service. My guests and I had a very enjoyable evening. Definitely coming back!!

Really nice ambience and customer service, but surprisingly the menu’s not as large as I thought it would be. Went during lunch hours but had the option to get the dinner menu so that we could get items from the premium list BUT limited to 2 items per person - that’s it. Got the angus beef for additional cost as well
