Very disappointed with all aspects of my stay.nRoom had torn carpet. Front desk staff definitely need customer service training, I booked 4 rooms for my family and 2 of those rooms where paid by other family members. I was charged for all room even when 2 had different credit cards on file upon check in. When asked staff why, they bounced around and never did answer my concerns.nPool closed at 9 pm , which I have never seen in all my years staying at hotels.nBreakfast was horrible, runny eggs, not fruit or yogurt, had to ask.nAt check out asked again about the charges to my card and still did not get an answer.nNot sure if they understood English or not.nWill never stay at this location again, and may not stay at thos franchise again.nI would stay somewhere else in the Hat if you had a choice.

First time in Medicine Hat and we booked this beautiful hotel. We had a king suite and it more than exceeded expectations …. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and we had a 2 person jacuzzi which was a nice surprise along with a fire place. Pool was a comfortable temperature and a nice hot tub. Urman at the front desk made check in a breeze. We stayed one night in room 321. The free breakfast was also more than the usual hotel breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread, bagels, cereals, and a waffle maker to list a few items. Highly recommended and will stay here again if we are back in Medicine Hat.

If you’re driving through medicine hat. Just go here, save your time and money. The person I dealt with at the front desk was Gurpreet, she was very nice, accommodating and helpful. For the price, the room was nicer than I expected, lots of services and free breakfast, the breakfast was a bit trash but on par with any other continental hotel breakfast. Those sausages though, rough. Got the job done though. Anyway still 5 star because everything else was much higher than expectations. Perfect location for me as well.

Room, 103. was clean & and had a comfortable bed.nMy husband, at 200 lbs found towels way to small. But, they were too small for me as well at 60 lbs lessnLight over Bathroom sink worked for about an hour..housekeeper eventually found new bulbs and put them in. But,within an hour did not work. Bigger problem than bulbsnnI was disappointed that the restaurant/lounge was 98% East Indian Food. Not everyone likes this food. My husband is one of themnI like certain dishes but not everyday.nBut, only option was Chicken fingers & fries..like a kids menu.nnFree breakfast filled the hole, just ok in my opinion.nPool & hot tub was great after a long drive.nWould I stay again, probably not, because of lack of choice of food dishes.

I’ve had to stay in Medicine Hat for work pretty consistently throughout the month of April. Gurpreet and Rana were absolutely exceptional and provided service of the highest tier.nnWe had to leave early for our commute every morning and they saw to it that the breakfast room was unlocked for us even though it was earlier than the posted opening time. They were hassle free when we needed to extend our reservations, and remembered us every time we came back.nnIf work keeps me in Medicine Hat, Wyndham Garden will have my business. Let them know if you’re here for work and I’m sure they will provide you service they have provided me.
