TownePlace Suites Medicine Hat

This will now be my go to hotel whenever I goto Medicine Hat, it was our first time here, we normally stay at the lodge but it has gone downhill. The pool was fantastic for kids. The breakfast was amazing!! Much better than the usual continental breakfasts you get else where. Manager was really friendly. The 2 ladies we dealt with at during breakfast were sooo friendly just absolutely amazing. We dealt with multiple people at the front desk. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and helpful. The cleaners were nice as well!! Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The suprise of the lemonade/iced tea when you enter the lobby was a nice touch. Room was a nice layout, clean, and spacious.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this hotel was going to be great. I had my mobile key, but I also like having a physical one, and the front desk was super helpful and friendly about it.nnThe lobby is really inviting and looks nice. They even have a popcorn machine with fresh popcorn and water with lemon, plus another drink dispenser with juice – it's those little touches that make your stay more memorable.nnThe pool is awesome! Especially if you have little kids, they'll love it; it's definitely designed for them.nnThe gym was my favorite part! It's really spacious, and all the machines are new and work perfectly. They also have weights and a bench.nnBreakfast in the morning is pretty standard, but it's well-organized and has something for everyone.nnOur room was a one-bedroom suite. It was big and clean, and it even had a fully equipped kitchen, which was a nice bonus.nnI'd totally stay here again if I'm ever passing through.

We stayed here once and I can honestly say that it was one of our top hotel experience's. Super kid friendly with an awesome water park. The lobby has a popcorn machine and refreshing drinks that are kiddos just loved! The breakfast staff were extremely helpful and kind to the kids, giving waffles with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and a strawberry compote! I highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here on March 6-9 2026. We’ve been here many times. This time our operations manager Chirac Vohra went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. As we’ve already checked out, he allowed us to stay a bit longer and opened the kitchen for us to enjoy a late lunch. This was unexpected and we truly appreciate the customer service. The PERFECT hotel for team bookings: great pool and waterslides, conference room and lounge area for parents, and - most importantly - incredibly helpful and patient staff. They were great communicators, accommodating to last minute changes, helped us get the boardroom licensed so parents had a home base, gave us lounge space to have a pizza party and movie night for the kids.nnThe whole team raved about it. Team managers - you won’t be disappointed booking here!nnSide note: close to BPs and Montana’s for team bookings, Wal-Mart, all sorts of fast food options and 15 minutes from both rinks.
