Was really impressed with almost everything here besides the price and the cable box not working.nnThe experience was pretty phenomenal - both staff members that I had the pleasure to interact with were friendly and competent.nnThe room was clean, tidy, and had everything I would want in a hotel room.nnRoom had blackout curtains - props to the owners, really every hotel should have!nnBreakfast goes until 10AM+. The staff member actually ensured it was open later for me, which was the kindest act I've ever had a hotel do for me and he in particular was MORE than accomodating. He made it the best experience ever.nnThe room was clean and tidy. The heat worked well.nnGood location, besides the treacherously slow left turn intersection back onto Hwy #1.nnThe price should have been discounted for the cable not working but they didn't do that.

The manager is AMAZING. He is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, updated, and big. My room had a full kitchen and was bright. The heat worked wonderfully and it was very quiet. Breakfast was included and there were so many tasty options to choose from. What more could anyone desire in a hotel room? 5 star hotel!

Great value lodge. It’s not the Hilton but for the price you would be hard pressed to find better. We had a king room and we both slept well. Breakfast was ok. The Motel is only a $8 taxi ride away for those that want a drink and a night out.

My first time at this property... check in was easy and fast, rooms were clean beds were comfortable, lobby was renovated and nice and breakfast was ok.... the hallways really need to be looked at, and the hallway carpets are disgusting but I don't sleep in the hallway so it did not affect my review. I thought the rooms were small.... I would stay here again although it would not be my first choice for one or two nights its great value....

I booked hotel for 3 nights for work in medicine hat. Second day at work i received call that they checked me out without even letting me know. Even my company sent them Pre Authorization for 3 nights. Probably they gave my room to ppl coming from jasper cos fire evacuation as there insurance will pay hotels more. Very bad ethics to run a business. Even owner gave me 10% discount when i booked for 3 nights. They denied straight on my face.nAll other hotels fully booked so end driving 1 hr to brook at night then back in morning.
