Brought in our vehicle, reported a fuel smell. Picked it back up a couple days later, they said it starts fine and they didn’t smell anything. Two days later, car won’t start, fuel not getting to the engine. Called them to see what they can do to help, and they told us it would be starting all over again from square one, no assistance due to missing the problem. They don’t feel they made an error. It appears that since the car started fine, nothing further was checked. Now we have a vehicle that we need to tow to another garage.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Absolute disgrace of a business. Misdiagnosed issues, missed issues on inspection costing me additional time and moneystill charged and happily took my cash. Zero accountability for actions or willingness to discuss and work together on a solution. Hung up, swore at me refused to answer. Rob the owner is one of the most detestable business owners I have ever come across. Don't waste your time or money here.

Just asked them if they could take a look at my truck and they said they have enough work till Christmas and was very rude about it .

DO NOT USE THEM! Extremely rude and have only had bad experiences with them. They offered to keep hold of our brand new winter tires when scrapping our van for us until we could find a buyer, however when we called to reclaim our tires they told us they were 'history' and to 'try and look after our stuff better' before hanging up. We're assuming they probably took them off and sold them themselves correct me if I'm wrong. Once again, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, go to Koocanusa mechanical in town, FAR better.

Good guys. They squeezed me in first thing in the morning at last minute to replace a blown out turbo gasket with two broken bolts that needed to be drilled out. Had me out by lunchtime.

Sell parts to them, customer feedback is pretty good, as far as I hear.

Top quality service. Had an out of province inspection done and it went extremely smoothly.

They help me out while I was passing through with a flat tire.
