Excellent service.  The staff were friendly and professional.  I Hope these guys do good.

We had a flat tire outside of Coleman had to drive to Sparwood to get a new tire no can do they did not have one in stock. We continued on to Fernie on a temporary tire much to our dislike stopped at Canadian tire the could not help us were closing up even though they posted they were open until 6pm and it was only 4pm. We drove over to integra they closed at 5pm it was now 4:15 and they bent over backwards to help us out those boys there were fantastic and if I could rate them higher I would. Big thanks to all of them you made our vacation that much better. Bill and Shirley Collins.

We had a tire go down on our recent trip to BC. Was able to get the spare on but didn’t want to travel over 400k on it to get home. Called the day before to make sure they could help us patch up the original tire on our way home through Fernie and they fit us in no problem. We showed up a bit early and got us in right away. In 30 minutes they had tire fixed , spare off, fixed tire on and spare back under the truck. Then to boot the bill was very fair to say the least. Thanks guys, hope I never have to use you again but if I do I’m glad your there.

While travelling in Fernie our brakes suddenly needed major repairs, and would not make the approximately 1000km to get us back home. Integra Tire quickly took us in, diagnosed the problem, and told us it would take the rest of the day or possibly until the next morning. Low and behold about 5 hours later we got the call they had everything finished up for us and we were back on the road! The next 2 days they called us to make sure everything was going well, and even found a small accounting error on our bill and immediately refunded us the difference. Excellent customer service, honest advice and fair pricing make this a 5 star place. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

The guys were amazing right from the start. We had an unusual request and they did everything they could make it as seamless as possible. Even when it looked like the job was not going to happen so we could get on our way, they were willing to stay late, put extra people on our vehicle and get us going. We would highly recommend the folks at Intergra Tire Fernie/Elk Valley.

We were traveling to Fernie when our tire pressure light came on and we noticed a small leak in our front tire. We called one location and they said they were all booked up for the day “sorry can’t help”. We then called Integra and they were also booked up but told us to come and they would help us. The service was quick, friendly and top notch and they had us back on the road in no time. I am grateful for Shawn and his crew and the extra effort put into getting us safely back on the road. Can’t thank them enough!

I am very happy with the service I got from Integra Tire in Fernie, start to finish.  Justin was very helpful when I ordered my tires, booked my car in within 2 days of the tires arriving in the shop, even washed my car after the tires were mounted and balanced and a wheel alignment done.  Will definitely be repeat customers.

I don't typically write reviews but in this case i have to post a comment about my experience at Integra tire in fernie.  I was travelling from koocanusa on a national lampoons family holiday.  Imagine the kids fighting and screaming in the back of the truck and it was super hot.  2 weeks together was great but it was definitely time to come home.  Anyway with the madness in the back seat hitting my every nerve I noticed I had a screw embedded in one of my tires and I still had a 3 hour drive to go.  I called Integra in Fernie expecting to be told there was no way I would get in late in the afternoon in August.  I am happy to say that after explaining my situation they got me in within 5 minutes!  When the final travel day was going bad I am happy to say these fellers made the day far less stressful!  Fellas , thank you for your professionalism!
