Legacy Ford Fernie

I had to make this review less detailed since I exceeded the text limit. I will give coles notes to try to explain my terrible experience here. If I could give this dealership a zero stars I would. They are very shady and changed a deal I had worked on for 5 days with them at the last second. They changed the deal by charging me for extended warranty that was originally included and never showed up in any paperwork until it was time to sign. They told me if I had it in writing that they would honor it and when I showed them the attached text they said I was mistaken and they wouldn’t honor it. Then to top it off when I called the manager Jordan Friesen a few days later he told me that he knew what happened and wanted to make it right but couldn’t because he had sold the car. I mentioned that was an amazing coincidence that they changed my deal last minute and then sold the car to someone else. Jordan then said that he personally just sold the car 10 minutes before I called. The best part is that the car was still on Kijiji and when I had a few friends contact them about the car several days after I talked with Jordan and the car was still available. I was never contacted again after originally talking with him so I’m guessing that they figured they didn’t like the deal anymore so they just backed out. It proves his character. I would never buy from this dealership or recommend someone to this dealership ever. This was a terrible experience and a huge waste of my personal time and effort. I should mention that I was dealing on the phone from Calgary the entire time. Have a look at the text I have included and ask yourself if warranty is part of the deal or not? Everyone that has seen this text says it implies warranty is included. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership when buying a vehicle. I wouldn’t trust anyone here after my experience. i once had an issue with customer service here (i gave them 1 star) . however after working out the issue with the manager jordan all is fogivin. fernie ford has a fantastic service center and works with the community.

They did a great job from start to finish! The salesman Don and the GM Jordy did a great job everything was done right.

A great place and willing to help try and find out what is wrong and get everything to the best of there obilitys for the cheapest
