Canadian Owned and Local Had a trailer wheel bearing throwing grease, tool it apart and took parts to Lordco in Fernie. They had the bearings, inner seal, tub of bearing grease and a wheel lug nut that was tight coming off. All the parts I needed and local too!!! 1st stop and 1 stop shopping!!!
The two young men helped me getting the parts I needed. I have an imported vehicule Mitsubishi Delica So I often have a hard time finding parts but they took the time to find interchangeable parts, and had what I needed in stock and saved me a long waiting time if I had to order online. I will be back. Thanks
The guys are awesome. On Saturday, as I was driving through Fernie, I bought a new wiper blade at another store. It was difficult to replace and there was no one at the other store to help. I went to Lordco and he happily did the replacement. The next day coming back through Fernie again I stopped to get new headlight bulbs and both salesmen were extremely helpful.
Improved service very much. Ordered a filter and a sensor. Really nice service, big improvement from a couple of years ago.
Quick and attentive service at the parts desk. Called in earlier about an OBD-II scanner and the lady at the desk found me one on sale.
Lordco in Fernie claims to offer discounts to employees of some companies. Their "discount" is retail plus. Shop around as other local auto parts stores are likely less expensive.
Have had some issues before getting correct parts on time, prefer going to other stores most of the time
Great service me and my daughter were stranded in sparwood i phoned around and couldn't find a starter but phoned them and they had one the lady i talked to happened to live in sparwood so she brought us the part i got it changed and we were able to get back to alberta we were very appreciative of the great help we got its nice to know that there is nice helpful people working at Lordco and living in sparwood thank for all ur help Tara and the other staff at Lordco Tara u have no idea how much we appreciated ur kindness and help thanks again . Have had multiple issues over the years including incorrect parts issues, customer service issues, return issues and recently witnessing rude comments about customers with other employees in the store.
Poor treatment of customers and when you degrade people that is not professional. If I do not have to deal with Fernie Lordco we won't be.
