They couldn't be bothered to clear snow from around my vehicle in their yard so I could grab my belongings. Result was me having to drive from Cranbrook with a cervical sprain injury from my accident prior and had to shovel the snow myself.  Vehicle was also pinned against another vehicle probably causing extra damage.  Great practice guys.
