I have been going to this gym 2-4 times a week off & on for the last few yrs & It's always a good time. Staff are very easy to talk to around the board, well kept & overall a good experience. The best gym in Guelph! They have everything you need to work out for a beginner to a professional athlete. The staff is always friendly and accommodating!
Love this gym, lots of equipment, and they even have an awesome boxing class! Definitely worth checking out. Prices are good too!
Wow!! I joined this gym in February and I'm so impressed by the facility and what this gym has to offer. They have everything from cardio, to free weights, strengh machines, sauna and of course personal training. The gym is much bigger inside then it appears from outside. They also offer child care and VIP members have access to hydromassage, tanning, and can work outside in the nice summer weather so awesome perks to being a VIP member! You are able to bring a guest ie friend or family member to work out for free when you go for your work out. I think it's only offered during their staffing hours. The staff are super friendly and helpful! The gym is really clean and well maintained, and they also offer sanatize spray and towel cloth to wipe your equipment down. Memebers are nice and genuine. Group fitness classes are awesome and instructors are amazing! For the low great price you pay, it's worth it! Love this gym and happy to be a member here. Keep up the great work here team, always look forward to my next work out! :
worst gym ever. tried to cancel my membership and they told me i have to pay $100 for months i wont be there, at the same time refusing to end my membership. The gym itself is dirty and stinky with old equipment. worst gym in the world with scammy membership fees . avoid this place .
Cancelled my membership and I see that they are going to be taking 3 more payments from me until its actually cancelled. What a joke.

Been a member for 3 yrs. Old school, no frills. Affordable with adequate equipment. No issues with staff or services.... Unfortunately not all members respect basic gym etiquette. But bang for buck its hard to beat.
Tried to cancel my account due to Covid mandating vaccines, they said it will cost $100. Even though their contract states the only time you would pay a cancellation fee would be if you moved. They have since sent my account to collections and are refusing to do any kind of negotiations to better the situation. Absolutely unreal. Will never recommend.
