Jana's PiYO class is fantastic - the perfect blend of strength and stretch movements. As an instructor, Jana is very encouraging, motivating, and keeps it fun! The small class size also makes for a more comfortable workout environment, especially when trying something new. Highly recommend this unique class, and the other Fitness Junction classes, for anyone interested in trying something new and getting a good sweat on!

Jon is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of fitness and exercise. Our staff has weekly workout classes with him and he knows exactly how to cater to everyone's personal fitness levels and makes the whole experience very enjoyable! He is extremely friendly and concentrates on improving your form - an area that tends to get missed in largest classes. I would highly recommend checking out Jon and his team's services at Fitness Junction.

The classes here are fantastic! I have tried several different classes (Piyo, Back and Core, Glutes, Yoga, and my personal favourite - Body Blast) and they are all great! You can tell that the whole team at Fitness Junction truly cares about their clients and they all motivate you to do your best!

I've been super-impressed with Jana's personal training approach from day one. On top of that, the Fitness Junction's classes are well-designed and well-run by attentive staff.

The Fitness Junction is a very cool place to train. I have been training there for a number of months now and find the level of knowledge and experience that Jon and the other trainers have to be unmatched by anyone I have ever trained with in the past. The studio is clean and tidy and the downtown location is very convenient. All of the small group fitness and Yoga classes I have taken at the studio have been amazing. They are very professional and well organized. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone.
