The Pound

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience at The Pound. I started working out here in 2014 and lost 35 lbs in 6 months as well as toning and building muscle. I continued to work out throughout my pregnancy in 2016/2017 and am now almost back to my prepregnancy weight!! I love that the workouts are short but super intense! Something that I found sets The Pound apart from other gyms/programs I have done in the past are the customized meal plans that are tailored to each clients specific needs. There is nothing more frustrating than working your butt off at the gym and not seeing the results you want because of what you are putting in your mouth. If you follow the meal plan and do the workouts you will 100% see results. I would recommend The Pound to anyone and everyone! Best value for your money if you are seriously committed to doing the work! The trainers are amazing - upbeat but always challenging me to surpass what I think I am capable of. You will not be disappointed if you choose The Pound!!

The Pound has helped me discover the benefits of clean eating and regular workouts after a lifetime of being sedentary. I feel better, look better and have dropped 25 pounds to date. Carly really cares about my success and motivates me to stick to my plan. I could barely walk out of my first session 😳 but now I do things in my workouts I never thought I could do! I highly recommend The Pound - the people and the program are great!

The entire team the The Pound is amazing! They are motivating, keep you on track and make sure you are having a good time while doing it! Highly recommended for personal training.

I have subscribed to four different personal training programs over the past eight years and I can tell you, without a doubt, no one offers better training, more care or as competitive a price as The Pound. Merrick and Carly truly care for their clients, often going above and beyond to ensure you meet your goals. I always seem to return to my Pound meal plans and work out routines for inspiration. If I still lived in the area, I have no doubt that I would become a regular at this amazing establishment.
