Workshop Kitchen + Culture is multidisciplinary live cuisine crafted in Calgary's historic Theatre Junction GRAND. Much like our friends in the theatre, we're about stimulating the senses with original ideas and diverse interpretations. I had the five course tasting menu. The food was delicious and the service was warm and friendly. I sat at the bar which was located next to the open kitchen. It was a fantastic experience to watch the chefs. The dishes had a variety of great flavor profiles combined seamlessly.

The food was out of this world, the wine pairing for the different plates were very well matched; the deserts were tasty.

Lovely place! The food tasted delicious, the highlight was actually the starter: the schnitzel! It was the best I ever had! They use huge plates, so at the first look you think is not much food for the price, but I left the table feeling full.
