Work Authority

Terrible service. Bought work boots here 2 months ago. The other day I started feeling moisture coming thru the rubber sole of the boot. I presume it must have hairline fractures or something because the other side is perfectly fine. With the weather conditions we are having the bottom of my foot was freezing. I went to the store only to find out that even though there's a 90 day exchange policy, this isn't covered because they can't see the damage. Never buying anything here again. Btw....i had to go to marks that same day to buy new boots so I could return to work safely. Thanks for following your own policies work authority.

Decent selection of winter boots. The staff was fairly helpful and attentive, even though they were pretty busy when I went.

Great place to find work specific clothing. Sure it's a bit pricy (even compared to, say, Marks Work Warehouse), the quality is great

I was looking everywhere for a pair of Keen boots with steel toes. This place had them and a lot more.
