SoftMoc at Fairview Park Mall

I had the pleasure of shopping in this store. Jay is the store manager, and I cannot say enough great things about him! He was SO nice, SO helpful and SO caring to make sure I was happy with the purchase of my Uggs. I feel that he went out of his way to really help me and this is a store experience I would not forget. Thank you Jay and Fairview SoftMoc!

Nice staff and super quick to call in with a ready online order. Lots of different shoes including converse, puma, Birkenstock’s, etc.

I've been to this location 3 times now in attempt to purchase a new pair of shoes. The store is clean and spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful, but I am stunned by how few mens shoes they actually have in stock. It's one thing to have a variety of shoes on display, but when it comes to trying them on there are few to none available. I wanted to try on two different pairs of shoes and were told that only size 7 and 12 were available. This seems like a very strange problem for a shoe store to have, considering most people are not on either end of this vast sizing spectrum. This is not just a one time occurrence, either. I simply cannot purchase a new pair of shoes in any of the 3 SoftMoc locations I have been to this month.

The service we received today from Jay was AMAZING. Jay is probably one of the most patient person I have ever met when it comes to doing his job! He explained the difference in brands, leather, sizes and went back and forth offering options and else. The size was not available so he ordered online for us and gave us all the options. We were so satisfied with his customer service that asked to speak to the manager and turned out he was the manager himself! Thanks Jay for the excellent service today!

I purchased two pairs of shoes and my service was a 10/10! The manager Jay and the assistant manager Karla assisted me from beginning to end and they were very informative when it came to helping me pick the right shoes for me. They were also able to answer any questions that I asked and I can’t thank them enough for their service. I’m definitely going back!

Customer service is great and staff is friendly. Too bad they don’t have my size for the shoes that i want.

From trying different shoes to ordering online to find the "perfect fit," they made it all seem so easy. Friendly, patient and helpful!!! I never had such a smooth time shopping anywhere else!!! Great services!! Awesome!

Love SoftMoc slippers. They're super comfortable a last along time. Well worth the money. Very neat and clean store with friendly helpful staff.

I have to give a great review to this Soft Moc it’s so deserving…I apologize I’m a few months late writing this but Jay who helped me was the most polite and professional sales rep I’ve ever encountered at a Soft Moc. I’ve been to a lot of Soft Moc’s and always received pathetic and ignorant service if I was lucky to be served at all..Thanks Jay I will be coming back to this Store again!

I cannot express how impressed I am with the customer service at this location - above and beyond. We received a shipment from the website and the box was destroyed, I didn't even need to open it, the shoe boxes were completely falling out. We ended up in a situation where one box only had one shoe, my assumption is that it fell out in the shipping process the courier knocked and I went to the door immediately, so no chance of outside tampering. I did try calling the 1-800 number for online customer service, however they appear to be closed due to COVID, so I reached out to my closest location I'm very happy that I did this!. The initial customer service representative was very understanding, assured me that they would resolve the issue. He looked in the area for the shoes we purchased, but couldn't find any. The manager then came on the line and said they would take care of a return and re-order at minimum. Then proceeded to call another store in the area that had a similar style and reserve those for me and get them to price match.
