Great service ! Went to fix a bag, i had a very small screw missing. Sam took 20 to find it. Also went there multiple times for other occasions.

First off, I did not get any service here because its a total rip off. I need a shoe lift and called several stores in KW area, the price I got is around 80-120 from all the other stores and they were all able to give me a estimate on the phone. However, when I called this store the owner told me he can not tell me how much it will cost for shoe lift, not even an estimate and he need to see the shoe. Due to all the good reviews about it, I device to drive there for his to see it. He told me its going to cost more than 200! I asked what if its another kind of shoe, I point to a sport shoe on the counter, he told me its 200 no matter what kind of shoe! So why can't he tell me through the phone? I REALLY DONT KNOW. It took me an hour going back and forth to the store so hopefully this review will save your time traveling there if you need a shoe lift.

I am in town visiting and had an emergency repair that i needed to get done on my berks. Sam gave me the best customer service i have had in a long time and did an amazing job on my shoe. Sam thank you so much for the service you provided me, my feet also want to thank you!!!

Amazing service, the owner has does great work on my shoes and purses. Very friendly, honest ( he will let you know if it’s not worth it to repair) and reasonable prices.
