Woody's RV World - Grande Prairie

I walked in here ready to spend a good amount on a brand new trailer but was dismissed pretty quickly after the older gentleman on the right as you walk through the door took one good look at me and assumed i wasn't serious due to my age. He told me he had nothing in stock for me and took my number but it's been a month and I've not heard a word out of them. I took.my business to McGovern's RV who have gone above and beyond for me and got me into a unit i am incredibly happy with. Do yourself a favour and go across the street and avoid this estableshment.

Really enjoyed the customer service here. Find that thier prices are very reasonable. In the process of purchasing a travel trailer from them. Nice indoor show room and large parts area.

Over the years a few parts of my motorhome became unusable due to excessive wear. The parts were very obscure and I was concerned they may not be replaceable. However Brian at Woody's RV took an interest and is right on top of it! Thank you so much for your great service.

Definitely the worst warranty sercice i have ever experienced anywhere, they actually fixed a damaged bathroom tap with crazy glue , number of warranty issues not delt with at all

Bought a forest river travel trailer and when i needed warranty work they literally fixed my tap with crazy glue, other issues have been going on for months now , they talk great service but once you sign the papers they want nothing to do with you.
