Ryan was a great salesman, very professional yet very easy to talk to with out being to preppy and proper to not talk to you like a normal person outside of a salesman I really appreciate this with Ryan as I like to hear someone's honest opinion and how they truly think something is.

Winsor Ford has been great in servicing my vehicles, they are always willing to do what I need done in the amount of time I have . They do there best to answer all my questions that I have about why and what causes the issue, I am very pleased with my service.

Passing through from the lower 48 and our truck was having steering issues. Upon calling the night before they let us know they were booked but if we can get there as soon as they opened there might be a chance they could help us. My husband got there the next morning and Jim Shay went ABOVE AND BEYOND to figure out what the problem was. After a FULL day, it boiled down to the trailer we were towing was too much weight for our snow tires therefore causing the truck to be all over the road. Put different tires on the rear and off we went without any problems. A big THANK YOU to Jim and his team for helping us out. The Floridians!
