My overall experience was amazing! After shopping around,  Wapiti Auto Sales was able to give me the best vehicle at the best price. Financing was a breeze, with emailing doc's I did not have to miss work to complete this transaction. So happy! All the staff treated me exceptional, ensuring all of my needs were met well above standards. I am amazed with the great service and overall company environment. Will be buying from here again!

We recently bought at 2016 Dodge RAM 1500 express from Wapiti Auto.  We went in prepared as we had already seen the vehicle in the lot and online. The staff were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The truck was parked in our driveway within 3 hours including a test drive of about an hour.  If you go in prepared, knowing what in stock vehicle you want, and financials in order, I can't see you having any trouble based on our experience.  I've dealt with many of the dealerships in town and this was the the most painless experience thus far.  Would recommend to a friend.

Attempted twice to buy a vehicle from this business. First time I arrived, told them the vehicle type I was looking for A 300c, not exactly a rare find, left my contact info, and never heard back. Second time went back in, spoke with manager, left my details. 2 weeks later got a voicemail from them "We found a vehicle for you that we think you will like, please come in to check it out". Called them back, they had some random Dodge sedan on the lot that I wouldn't take if I'd won it.  Business ethics 101: Don't waste people's time.

Bought a Van from them, Kia Sedona. It was AWESOME. Re-finance in 10 months for lower interest.... This meant you HAVE to get another vehicle apparently. Either I'm dumb or this is just how loan/finances work.  But lets talk about Customer Service and the vehicle.  I got a Ford Fusion 2015, great little car, so I said yes to it slightly better gas mileage, compact, good for what I needed. One month after Owning I realized I did not have a master key for the Ford.  Asked for them to track it down and get me the master key twice, and gave up because I was working too much to keep up on them.  This meant the previous owners restrictions could not be undone. I have limited speed I don't speed excessively but going 118km/hr on a 110km/hr highway it would notify me constantly I was approaching my 130 limited speed. Turning down the max music/radio volume.  Volume is limited to 14 Which is very low volume when playing your own music/youtube podcasts etc. Half of the Sirius Satellite radio channels are blocked, so wasted money using sirius satellite  heavy metal, comedy channels with swears, anything slightly aggressive  Speed limited, volume limited, and to top it off, within the first few weeks I found out my tire had a slow air leak in it.  They sold me a vehicle with a leaky tire, and with half of everything blocked and locked out on the vehicle because I don't have the master key.  I called to try to get this fixed, but I know for a fact they didn't even try to find the key, or think of offering a replacement for me.  We all know car salesmen are salesmen, they will nickle and dime you, but I hope anyone reading takes heed to this post and know that these guys WILL NOT help you out after you purchase a vehicle at all. Once the paper is signed. Good luck you're on your own, they made their dollar.  Scum.

Myself and my boyfriend went to see what options Wapiti Auto Sales had to offer after reading information on their website. The website finance options were completely different from their website. Which is fine I guess, maybe they havent updated their website info. What was not acceptable was the lady who greeted us and her approach. She rudely continously asked our personal information in front of others, and did not even offer to talk in private. We have visited many dealerships both new and used. This is the worst service I have ever recieved. Not professional at all. Will never return and will never reccomend.

I bought a vehicle from Wapiti for my daughter, Todd and the staff were amazing.  Even today with warranty issues the staff are still doing more than I expected, I will buy from here again and definitely recommend to anyone to try here first.

Hands down the easiest dealership to buy a vehicle from. Super informative and got me in the Vehicle I wanted. Shantelle was great to deal with even went out of her way to pick me up a few time. Such great service.

These guys are scum, They take advantage of the vulnerability of people. I know this first hand. Let me tell you, They are SCUM. It is pathetic!!! Years ago I bought a truck from them. They tell me they are selling it to me for 45,000$... They didn't mention how much interest I would be paying on top of that, Close to 30,000$ . Because I was naive and young they took advantage of my vulnerability. Anything to make their commission They sold me a truck with 18.99% interest. I do understand I'm the one the signed the papers and what not. However, They made it seem as if I was getting a good deal and putting urgency on the matter, pressuring a 20yr old kid. Moral of the story, They have no morals or ethics.. If it means they will make their commission they will sell you anything at up to 28% interest and make it seems as if you're getting a great deal. Don't deal with these guys. They are pathetic, And I'm not sure how they sleep at night, because I know I am not the only victim of their scummy antics. If you do end up going with them, Don't buy into their four square number manipulating numbers bull. Scum of the earth. To dumb to get a real education and get a real job. So they have to resort to screwing people over, and they think they're something special because they wear a suit and tie to work..... new flash for you guys, You are losers that couldn't make a living doing anything other than being a piece of scum.
