Al ways have to wait forever to cash anything,  employees always look like they just woke up. And for some Reason there's a secret Room and back where 3 employees are at all times and only one employee is cashing customers checks. Closing my account,  moved to chase, you should also.

I love Woodforest. Been banking there almost 4 years now

The staff are great here but the lines can be terrible.  There's always some scrub in front of the line trying to get his 3.50 that was deducted in fees.  They take 30 minutes to realize that they aren't getting that fee back.

Decent bank. All of the locations I've been to have great staff and have been pleasant experiences. Been with them for a year now.
