BMO Harris has always been a great bank. Great banking experiences..many years.  Not now.  Perhaps they are getting too big.  Forgetting about the average customer.  One department does not know about the other department.  Many mistakes are made.  I cannot afford to have mistakes made.  The  BMO Mastercard people..are not in touch with the banking departments.  The staff at my branch are awesome, yet hands are tied by big corporation decisions that effect the average customer. ( Average meaning....not having huge deposits)
