Dumb and Dumber doesn't describe Management.  

They Lack of Common Sense and Regard to Client Services is something to laugh at. 

Tried to make a payment to this bank for a credit card and they won't accept payment because an ID was expired 5 days ago.  

How stupid have these BANKS and their MANAGEMENT have become???

Im making a payment to a CREDIT CARD not a withdrawal.  LOL

Ive brought all my info to change my name on the account 5 times since ive been married and theyve still havent changed my name. So now i dont have a bank card and now I cant take money out of my account. And all they can say is i dont know try again.
