Worst customer service ever. Opened up an account and now I'm regretting it.

Update: So they sent us paperwork to keep our account and they said we have 14 days to do so. 7 of 8 days after, we sent it back to them and they said they closed our account.

Do not go to this bank!!!!

Went there today and had a bad experience with one of the tellers (Deana) She's rude and has a very smart mouth. The way she talks to customers is disgusting. This wasn't the first time either.

For 5 years service was good as any other I thought until I went to another bank who treats all their Cust well . Beware at this branch 1 bad teller ruins the whole bank .
