Brought my bike in on Saturday. It was looked over and recommendations for tune-up and repairs came within 2 hours!!.I received email next day saying work was complete. It was a great first time experience and will be bringing another bike in soon. Great service and customer service

Staff are all accommodating. Excellent customer service. They would surely answer all your inquiries whether you give them a call or in store.

Awesome staff, good selection of bikes ranging from beginner to intermediate and high end bikes. No pressure sales and staff there are really helpful and knowledgeable. From the sales staff to service crew to the Yellow Derny Cafe they are great and friendly. Highly recommended.

Very happy with Woodcock sales and services.  Woodcock gives community feeling which I appreciate.  They were able to accommodate online payment, and really helped me turn my bicycle into a good quality city commuter.  I recommend coming here, and will shop in the future.  Also I like how they have a cafe inside.

Great service from Logan and Charles!  Even with busier times and pandemic protocol changes they ensured that my bike was repaired in a timely fashion and did their best to make sure I wasn't without my bike for any length of time.  I was especially impressed with Charles who took over my case!  Keep up the great work!

Was happy to find new 27x1.25" wheels for an old road bike.  They were shipped very quickly and I received them in rural BC within a week of ordering.  The price was great too - not much more than they were 20 years ago.  Thanks for the terrific service.
