Although their bikes are in the high end price tag. They have offer quality products and great service. I appreciate the good service and advise now days, specially when you compare to places like Sport Check where they tell you to check online; obviously, I come to the store for advice. Anyways, got me a great bike.

they have a good selection of marin bikes, but their service is poor despite the promised support for 2 years. I bought a bike form them in fall, but pedals squeak and barely turn, the "new saddle" had a worn spot, and they would dismiss concerns about misaligned wheels "as long as they do not scrape the brakes."

Walter was great! Friendly service and was able to quickly get me what I wanted!

Asked over the phone for a specific tire tube size, and was told they had it in stock. Went to the store and the same gentleman tried to sell me a tube a few sizes up from what I was asking since they didn't actually have the tire tube size I had inquired about on the phone. Not impressed!

Terrible service with both Customers and Product, would not recommend.

Purchased a few bikes from here a year ago, one of them had loose screws and bolts which required tightening before first ride. 2nd bike after less then 100km has a loose chain which needs links removed and alignment issues which needs to be adjusted. Only reason we purchased from them was due to them carrying Marin bikes.
