This is truly "The Small Shop With The Big Heart". I have been dealing at this shop for many years. First with Walter and now with his son Sebastian. Over the years I have purchased a few bicycles and ski equipment and have never been disappointed with the product purchased and the service given. I have always been treated with honesty and knowledge and would advise anybody looking for a good bike, cross country ski and all accessories to visit Lifesport at 411 Pembina Highway where I am sure you will receive the same welcome and service I did.

The owner's son was so helpful. He took the time to get us the right bike and make all the adjustments including shortening the handlebars for a better fit. It was such a pleasent experience I'll be going back to buy another bike from him in the spring. Kudos.

Buyers Beware: No Bike shop support. make sure you check all the component are working properly and adjusted for you. they don't care about bike fit. Sebastian will sell you the bike that does not fit you and wont help you make some adjustment to fit your riding.

Update: I'm really going to miss this place. Unfortunately, they are closing down at the end of the year so pop in and grab any last items before its all gone. *** The service here is great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a great selection of quality bikes, parts, and accessories.

Really nice little shop and really nice people. Sad its gonna be closing down in a month.

Although their bikes are in the high end price tag. They have offer quality products and great service. I appreciate the good service and advise now days, specially when you compare to places like Sport Check where they tell you to check online; obviously, I come to the store for advice. Anyways, got me a great bike.

Nobody else would even try to help me repair the blown tube on my young sons 16 in bike. I called at least half a dozen bike shops and they all said to leave the bike for a week. Most seemed uninterested.  This was during covid, so places were quite busy. I called Lifesport, and even though they were busy too, they were willing to do it. I showed up and within 45mins they completed the repair! My son and i were super happy and appreciative. They showed old school concern and attention to customer service. Most def go here for all your bike needs. You will not be disappointed!

they have a good selection of marin bikes, but their service is poor despite the promised support for 2 years. I bought a bike form them in fall, but pedals squeak and barely turn, the "new saddle" had a worn spot, and they would dismiss concerns about misaligned wheels "as long as they do not scrape the brakes."

I have been dealing with Walter, at Lifesport for about 25 years. My wife and I just bought new bikes from him. Always great service. Always competitive pricing. Anyone who is looking for a new bike, I would have no problem referring you to Walter.
