Great bike shop! Appreciate the help from three different staff members to help my son pick out a bike. Super knowledgeable too which helps. Go here and avoid the big box stores it's worth it.

This is such a  cool store. Crammed with stuff and employees are helpful. Gave us a free wax when we bought xc skis. Prices are good.

Excellent Experienced Staff. They were very helpful when Yakima mistakenly sent me the wrong parts. Dean made sure I was taken care of. When I bought my 18 cu. ft. Skybox and rack, Trent helped me and made sure I'd installed it correctly. Highly recommended. Great shop. Great people.

Broke the derailleur on my bike. When times are busy, most bike shops are so incredibly rude when you ask about their wait times. Everyone at Sampson's was friendly got my bike in right away, and fixed it in a couple days. Had a minor mix up with the fix and brought it back and the owner himself walked me through it and got it all good to go. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Awesome service.  Brought my bike in for a tune up no appointment necessary and done less than a week later. Quick. Laid back and friendly. Reasonable prices on service and accessories.

I bought my bike at another shop but due to unforseen circumstances they couldn't do my free first tune up. Janet tuned up my bike on the spot and honored the free first tune up from her competitor.    Unbelievable. You don't see service like that anymore.  Sampson's has just earned a new customer.  Thank you

Dean and his staff were outstanding. Made it easy to purchase ski equipment. Very knowledgeable and pushed the right gear and stressed pros and cons of which gear did what. Anyone who complains about lack of service or that no one helped them has to understand they are constantly filtering people in and out of their store. Patience goes a long way. Don’t believe for a second anyone is intentionally ignored. They are busy.

Friendly staff, decent selection. I especially liked the bike bells and horns. They know their stuff.

Got a wax job here….   It was horrible. Wasted half a day on Revelstoke mountain due to a poor wax job, and snow build up so bad. The “rush wax job” I paid for was certainly rushed. Also bought a pair of Oakley Prizm googles out of the catalog. Year later when they arrived and I went to pick them up, they tried to tell me I ordered another pair, which they gave me at first. They corrected the issue but still…..   bought a Picture jacket, other stuff….  spent a lot of money at this store. Staff is friendly though. Maybe just skip the wax job for your ride.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They take the time to answer your questions and make sure that you've been helped out. Everyone knows the products and do a great job advising the customer. Went in for help with a bike restoration and to purchase a new bike. Everything went well from start to finish. Highly recommended!
