White Pine is my fave! I have had nothing but the best of experiences with my purchases here. I went in to inquire about getting a new bike, had a chance to test drive a few, and Brendan was so knowledgeable. He shared his thoughts and opinions on what might work best, and when I chose the bike I wanted, he had the bike built in no time - ready to pick up with specialty handles, tape, seat and all. Since, I have been in to swap out some accessories and he’s been so great to work with, always optimal customer service! My friend has also gone in to buy a paddle board and she raved about the same type of service. I would highly suggest White Pine to anyone and everyone looking for bikes and accessories, paddle boards, longboards, scooters, and even some items for fun in the snow. You won’t be disappointed!!!
I've been researching bikes the past week and one that caught my eye was from here. I understood they were build to order but they happened to have the one I wanted in stock. The man who helped me fit the seat to me and I had a wonderful test ride. Bike is super good quality, and I love how they carry so many accessories! Was super patient with my situation of me having to find a way to get the bike home as my car was too small and was super helpful over all. Very happy with my purchase and I will be definitely recommending this store to my friends and anyone looking for a new bike.
I purchased a Moose Bicycle Victoria model Single / Fixed gear from this store back in March 2022. I am very happy with the bike and been riding the bike as my commuter. In July 2022, I experienced a minor issue with the rear hub. I felt wobbling and heard some grinding as I was riding. Brought the wheel back to White Pine. We put in a warranty claim and I was not disappointed. Brendan owner , reached out to Moose Bicycle and the whole back wheel got replaced with a NEW one! My experience with White Pine — from inquiries, purchase, delivery, to Service — has been been very pleasing. I give Brendan and his Team - 5 stars!!!!!
Incredible bike shop! Owner and staff are so friendly and helpful with extensive knowledge of so many kinds of bikes. Servicing of bicycles is excellent, staff really go the extra mile. This is a business that has consistently earned my trust over the years, I wholeheartedly recommend them!

When I entered the shop I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. I knew that I wanted to look at the Aventon eBikes and I wanted to buy from a shop/dealer that I could count on to do the maintenance. I had also heard horror stories about ordering from some eBike companies online and waiting months for shipment due to supply chain issues, etc. So, I also wanted to buy something in stock locally. In 5 minutes they set me up on a test ride of the Level and I was out the door putting it through it's paces across the street in Assiniboine Park. convenient location I returned once more to ask about the large Pace 500 1st Gen they also had in stock as I liked the more upright ride and the shape of the handlebars. All of my questions were answered. I called Brendan later that week, and told him what my budget was and the bike and accessories I wanted. He ended up being able to offer me the Pace 500 1st Gen, the helmet I wanted, rack installed, U-Lock and front and rear safety lights all for under what I budgeted. SOLD!! This was September 3, 2022 and I have put a couple of hundred kilometres on the bike even though I was away for two weeks and not riding. I am having a blast!!! I WILL be back to White Pine for maintenance and tune-ups when needed and for any accessories I wish to purchase.
Loved this bicycle shop when it was at The Forks. Unfortunately, they moved out. The staff was very friendly and approachable, not stuck-ups like the staff at the 2 bike shops at St. Mary's.
Brendan was great at helping me pick out a bike. He sized me up as soon as he saw me and knew which size was right for me. Got to try out a few brands and he had some insight on the brands as well which I appreciated a lot. Timing for the order and to build given to me was on time and everything went smoothly! Would definitely recommend this shop to everyone!
Staff are , really knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike some bike shops, it's really low-pressure and easy to browse around. Great selection of fixies, single speeds and fat bikes, and some pretty neat components.
