Wood County Job And Family Services

My 1 Star goes ONLY towards the receptionist. The older lady. I've seen her be so rude to other people and act annoyed that people are even there. So why are you even working somewhere with high traffic of PUBLIC? Thankfully she's never been rude to me, because I'd say this exact review, to her face. No need to be snippy to people who are there for help, it's your job to direct them to the proper place.

I don't like leaving public reviews because places always have a way of hunting you down. But I've been down on my luck for the past two months and all I was looking forward to was to not be treated as invisible or bothersome. Words of advice to some of the ladies and staff at Wood County Jobs and Family Services (particularly the reception desk). Treating people like human beings doesn't cost a thing. Don't act annoyed with us because we walk in and actually try to utilize these services.

I went here to clear up some confusion. While it was cleared up, it was entirely too early in the morning for getting talked down to and getting somewhat yelled at.
