Wood County Fairgrounds

Every August they hold the largest tractor pull in the world. Three days of nonstop tractor pulling. There is camping on site and several hotels close by. The fans have access to the drivers and can see the tractors up close. The drivers are very willing to talk and visit with the spectators. There are many food vendors with a wide variety of eats. A very enjoyable event to be revisited annually.

National Tractor Pull yearly here in Bowling Green, Ohio. True to keeping this a traditional American original for 51 years they continue to grow with several hundred pulls spanning three days. This event includes hundreds of nationwide representatives and 17 international entries in 2017. In spite of, a massive 2292 site campground, low ticket prices, the worlds largest number of competitors, the extensive blue shirt volunteer network still manages to make this a well run and extremely entertaining event. Heartland America at it's finest.

It is a good fair. There are only a few good food stands left. The others are poor quality food and very expensive. I have noticed the ride prices are rising as well. The fair is not what it use to be. I seen some lemonade stands that are making lemonade the wrong cheap way with syrups. That is not how lemonade is made! I am afraid next year's review will only be 3 stars if things continue. Its not hard to make really good onion rings! What happened?

It's the place to be for the fair in the summer!! Get the infamous elephant's ear dessert and many your favorite indulgent foods... Great rides, and stellar art and floral work. Pretty the animals, see the lifestock, create your own fun!!!

Went to the national tractor pulls. First time being there,had an excellent time. Looking forward to next year
