Story

Women's fitness center -- Strength Training Circuit, Fitness Classes and Therapeutic Services. A welcoming a friendly environment for women of all fitness levels.

Mission

The Women's Wellness Center is a unique facility that combines strength training, exercise classes and relaxation treatments in a supportive, friendly atmosphere. Designed specifically for women and girls, it's an overall approach to personal wellness that helps each member reach their highest level of individual health.

-Strength Training Circuit, for a fast & effective workout.
-Fitness Classes; Yoga, Zumba, Belly Dancing, T'ai Chi Chih and MORE!
-Services; Massage, Reiki, Bowen, Hypnotherapy, European Facials and MORE!

Memberships include unlimited access to circuit strength training, discounts on services and room rentals, and invitations to exclusive events prior to the public. Membership is not required to access the facility, sign up for classes or use any of the offered services.

We had a horrible experience with this place. So, my spouse had a breast reduction and we realized that she needed an additional bra for support. I found this place on google. So we went in and had one of the lady's to measure her. She proceeded to tell us that she sized her properly. Well, unfortunately the bra was WAY TOO small and to make matters worse they dont do refunds or returns unless the bra still has the tag on it, which they neglected to tell us. Now my wife is still in pain and I'm pissed. We decided to give them one more try. We went back to see if we could get a better, larger bra. We found one hoping that it would be better. The bra looked as if it had been previously worn by someone else. Then when we explained the situation to the manager about being sized wrong, she wants to blame us. Lady this what you all do for a living, hello!!!!! I wanted to scream at her so bad, but I kept my cool! Now we have 2 bras, that are completely useless and my wife is still in pain. I would not recommend this place at all, you would be better off going to Wal-mart or Ross! Good luck.

I've been a member for about 3 years, love the location - right in downtown Everett. Many types of yoga classes, some at the noon hour which is perfect for a lunch break. Belly dancing Friday noon as well, and Monday evenings right after work. Zumba Wednesdays right after work. Circuit training all day. Massage, facials... the Center caters to the working crowd in Everett and is a great alternative to the much pricier clubs

If you are a woman looking for a comfortable place to work out, this is the spot for you. It is clean, offers a variety of classes, and the staff members are kind and helpful. I've taken a variety of classes, and the teachers have all been wonderful instructors. I especially like the Tuesday and Thursday night yoga class.

Yoga classes for all of us. Experienced, skilled instructors make each class accessible for every woman. I am able to do every class (except intermediate) with modifications.

Have helped in so many ways and will do so much to make sure no one is left out if they wish to join/participate.A wonderful group of people!
